KL0368 (Fast Cure Clear) is a type of clear coating that is designed to cure quickly, providing a durable, transparent finish in a shorter amount of time. It offers excellent protection against scratches, UV damage, and weathering, making it suitable for a variety of metal surfaces. The fast curing process ensures that the coating hardens quickly, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.

  1. KL-Series are clear and candy powder coatings.
  2. It is applied using electrostatic spraying, with a recommended film thickness of 60~90 μm.
  3. The curing condition is a metal surface temperature of 180°C for 10 minutes.
  4. The storage period is 6 months from the production date, in a dry environment at or below 20°C.
