The gloss level is approximately 95° ± 5%, creating a rich, deep, and visually distinctive appearance suitable for a wide range of indoor metal products.

Its cobalt blue character combines strong blue intensity with a slight purple undertone, giving the surface a bold yet refined visual effect. 638 is applied by electrostatic powder spraying and is designed for indoor use, including sports and recreation equipment, furniture, hand and power tools, hardware, fixtures, toolboxes, safety equipment, and wire goods.
