Description of functional powder coatings
Bonding Metallic Powder Coating: Bonding technology is used to bond the metal powder and the base powder together, which increases the workability of powder application and reduces chromatic aberration and product defects.
Degassing Improvement Powder Coating: This coating can reduce the pores caused by carbonization or uneven density of die casting of metal, aluminum-magnesium, or aluminum-zinc alloy substrates; therefore, it increases product the yield rates.
Super Durable Powder Coating: In order to meet the requirement of weather resistance that general outdoor powder coatings cannot fulfill, the super durable one has more than 3 times weather resistance performance.
Solvent Resistance Powder Coating: In response to the use of solvents and the design of the grease delivery environment, it increases the chemical resistance protection of the paint surface; hence, the substrate is not easily damaged and corroded.
Anti-graffiti Powder Coating: It is used for outdoor public facilities. In order to make improper graffiti damage can be easily removed and maintain the appearance.
High-hardness and Wear Resistance Powder Coating: Providing physical hardness above 3H to support abrasion, and scratches and maintain the protection and appearance of the substrate.
